Starting with 1.1.12, we are making voice libraries available for seperate
download and installation.  The "bayonne --voices" option can be used to
download and install a voice library, or you can do this manually.  The 
goal is to reduce the size of the Bayonne distribution tarball to a 
managable size, since voice libraries generally do not change, and 
represent a considerable portion of the total package size.  In the 
future, only UsEngM will be distributed with Bayonne proper.
