These Type 1 fonts were generated with the ghostscript bdftops.ps program and 
a little massaging to make the patible to the type1 font rasterizer donated by 
IBM.  They were tested on a MIT X Consortium X11 server with the type1 font 
rasterizer donated by IBM with the Type1.patch patch applied.  I have no idea 
if they will work on servers with the type1 font rasterizer that don't have 
the Type1.patch.  I have not tried them using the IBM distributed X11 server 
with the type1 font rasterizer.
