Fixes a bug in the elevator_linus, as pointed out by Andrea Arcangeli. We
end up accounting a passover for all requests in a queue, although no
merge takes place. I doubt this has any real life impact on test3-pre1
performance, but when we tweak the elevator parameters for better
interactiveness, it will be a factor.
