libcap-1.0 should compile fine against libc and glibc.

__You'll need the kernel header files from 2.2.* to compile it__

There is a pretty straightforward spec file for people wanting to make an
rpm from the distributed tar file. Thanks go to Josef Hartmann for that.

Please email any problems with this library to me and/or

  linux-privs@mit.edu

Enjoy!
