The "newspaper" package extends LaTeX by redefining
the \maketitle command to resemble the heading
of a newspaper.

To install the package, move newspaper.sty to somewhere
in your TeX tree where packages are stored.

any later version. The latest version of this license is at
http://www.latex-project.org/lppl.txt and version 1.3 is part
of all distributions of LaTeX version 2003/06/01 or later.
