To create the HTML version of these slides, download the DocBook Slides
package (from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=21935) and
set up your XML catalog to correctly find the installed files.

Then I ran

	xsltproc -o ../html/ params.xsl slides.xml
	cp -a graphics ../html/
	cp *.css ../html/

When giving presentations like this, I usually also set the overlay parameter
to '1' in params.xsl, so that the footer appears at the bottom of the screen.
Then I hide all the toolbars in Mozilla/Firebird/FireFox (whatever the name du
jour is) and run the presentation with my browser in full-screen mode. On a
projector that can handle 1024x768, everything should fit on one screen.
